By downloading or using Pocket Cuisine, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the game.

1. The game

Pocket Cuisine is a mobile game developed and published by Typin. The game is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

2. Google Play

The Android version of Pocket Cuisine is distributed through Google Play. Your use of Google Play, including downloads, payments, and account-related services, is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

3. In-app purchases

Pocket Cuisine offers optional purchases of digital content or virtual items. Purchases made through the Google Play version of the game are processed using Google Play's billing system.

Prices are shown before you confirm a transaction. Purchased digital items are intended for use only within Pocket Cuisine, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for real-world money.

4. Refunds and purchase issues

Refund eligibility for purchases made through Google Play is subject to Google Play's refund policies and applicable law. Google may handle some refund requests directly.

If you experience a problem with a Pocket Cuisine purchase that cannot be resolved through Google Play, you may contact Typin at contact@typin.games. Any refund or purchase-support decision will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant Google Play rules.

5. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the game, bypass purchase systems, redistribute modified copies of the game, or use Pocket Cuisine in violation of applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

Pocket Cuisine, including its code, artwork, characters, music, text, logos, and other original content, is owned by Typin or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership of that content to you.

7. Availability and updates

Typin may update Pocket Cuisine to fix bugs, improve compatibility, change features, or meet platform requirements. The game's availability or compatibility may change over time as devices and platform requirements evolve.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

Pocket Cuisine is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Typin does not guarantee that the game will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under the laws applicable to you.
